Supplementary SQCT Questions

Instructors have the option to add up to four supplementary questions from a question pool to their end-of-course Student Questionnaire on Courses and Teaching (SQCT).

Instructors who want to opt-in and select supplementary questions can do so from March 3 to March 22, 2021 at feedback.uwo.ca. Instructions on opting in and selecting supplementary questions for the end-of-course SQCTs are available at http://www.yourfeedback.uwo.ca/instructorsSQCTguide.cfm.

Students will be able to complete their end-of-course SQCT, including any supplementary questions that their instructor selected, during the course feedback period (March 23 to April 13, 2021). Only the instructors will have access to the results of the supplementary SQCT questions.
